Business Development Director

Remote (USA) | $120-160,000 (basic salary) – brilliant commission structure

Diamond OneStream Partner is looking for a Business Development Director to manage a multi-state territory.

You would be tasked with selling OneStream Implementation and Consulting Services to prospective clients: cold calling, advertising, and working directly with OneStream Reps to generate interest.

The Consultancy are looking for someone with prior EPM/CPM Sales experience to build rapport, manage existing accounts, and set targets for sales.

Job responsibilities:

• Account planning and development to sell OneStream Implementation and Consulting Services
• Create relationships with clients at executive and C-suite level
• Develop working relationship with OneStream Sales Leadership
• Enhance the performance of Consultancy
• Submit weekly progress reports
• Identify and develop the Consultancy’s USP and market differentiators
• Work with Pre-Sales, Marketing, Consultancy, and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs

Job qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in related field
• 3+ years’ experience selling EPM/CPM Solutions and/or services (e.g., OneStream, Oracle EPM, Adaptive Insights, Anaplan, Prophix, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of EPM/CPM market
• Proven expertise in prospecting new clients
