Customer Success Manager – £70k+

My client is rapidly growing Finance Technology Consultancy looking for an experienced CSM to facilitate their Sales and Implementation teams. They finance technology implementation and finance transformation services.

As a CSM there will be a strong element of relationship building and management with Fortune 250 customers. You will also be responsible for implementation into current systems and creating customer reports around the financial service use and finding areas of expansion for the business.

Requirements:

• Prior Accounting or Finance experience. Accounting qualification/certification is a plus!
• Strong experience working with financial planning & reporting tools (Workiva, Tagetik, Oracle NetSuite, or similar)
• Previous exposure to creating monthly/quarterly reports on product/service use
• Customer Success or Account Management experience is a must!
• Strong ability to handle customer issues and feedback
• Strong exposure to working with C-suite level execs and Financial Controllers
• Great relationship building and maintaining skills
