After being recognised as one of the fastest-growing technology companies in the US a cybersecurity powerhouse is looking to BOOST their Pre Sales team in the South Central Region! They are on the hunt for an experienced Solutions Consultant to drive the high-value of their security solution!
Responsibilities:
- Carry out pre sales processes with some exposure to post sales responsibilities
- Understand customer requirements and technical objectives
- Perform customized/ tailored demonstrations
- Support at trade shows/conferences
- Assist the sales team with correct solution designs & identifying future opportunities
- Conduct proof-of-concepts, management, and troubleshooting
- Respond to product and service related queries, including RFIs, RFPs & statements of work
- Provide feedback to Product Management based on feedback from sales, customers, and partners
Requirements:
- 3+ yrs pre-sales experience
- 5+ yrs within cybersecurity space
- TCP/IP, OSI model, & Purdue model networking experience/exposure
- Software familiarity with Linux CLI, Docker, Wireshark/Tshark, TCPdump, NiFi, ELK, & Jupyter
- Successful experience interfacing and supporting customers
- Strong relationship- building and presentation skills
- Ability to travel up to 50%
