My client is building a high quality, affordable mental healthcare platform. They are currently hiring for a Director of Data Science to lead their data science and product team. In this role you will have access to one of the largest data sets available and the autonomy to truly define how mental healthcare is delivered.

You will have fantastic visibility across the business, working closely with the CTO and Senior Directors across Product and Engineering.

Responsibilities:

• Drive forward their data science and AI capabilities as well as providing key insights to leadership to drive business value.
• Full oversight to lead and grow the data science and product analytics division.
• Play a key role in identifying new opportunities for Data Science in the business, such as GenAI, NLP, Computer Vision, etc.

Requirements:

• Master’s in Computer Science, Statistics, Economics or similar field. PhD is a plus.
• 4 years experience as a data science leader including growing and mentoring teams.
• Previous experience collaborating across businerss units such as machine learning to develop AI products.
• Any previous mental health or digital healthcare experience is a plus but not required.
