A post-IPO, Gartner Magic Quadrant leading cybersecurity vendor is growing at an incredible pace… they need energetic Sales Directors to help us continue to build, scale, and take their regional Enterprise Sales Teams to the next level.

The Director of Sales will:

  • Hire, lead and develop a regional sales team, motivate to generate revenue and meet objectives
  • Create the vision and ensure implementation and execution of sales plans/forecasts at a strategic level
  • Evaluate objectives, sales performance and provide feedback, training/coaching
  • Manage team sales productivity, sales pipelines in anticipation of meeting/exceeding sales goals/quotas
  • Keep well-informed of industry trends, technological and process changes, new developments, services etc.

The Director of Sales will:

  • 3 years+ of Management Experience
  • 10 years+ of Software Sales experience in the Cyber Security space
  • Experience hiring, leading and developing a regional sales team
  • Documented Sales Success of meeting/exceeding sales goals.
