Finance Consolidation Specialist – Remote – up to £55k

My client is a boutique consultancy committed to excellence in financial management and they’re currently seeking a Finance Consolidation Specialist to join.

An IBM Gold Partner delivering solutions across the complete IBM Business Analytics suite my client work with a wide-range of organisations, from SMEs to FTSE 100 multi-nationals. Following a remote-first working policy this is a great opportunity for financial consolidation experts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the month-end and year-end consolidation process.
• Perform multicurrency consolidations.
• Maintain and improve financial consolidation processes and procedures.
• Assist in financial planning and forecasting activities.
• Support group finance functions and provide financial analysis as needed.
• Participate in project lifecycles related to financial system enhancements and implementations.
• Utilize EPM systems to streamline consolidation and reporting processes.
• Contribute to process improvements and optimization of financial systems.

Qualifications:

• Fully or part-qualified accountant
• 2+ years of experience in financial consolidation, month-end, and year-end reporting.
• Expertise in multicurrency consolidations.
• Previous exposure to group finance and financial reporting standards.
• Experience with project lifecycles and exposure to EPM systems is a plus.
