Financial Analyst (FP&A) – Dallas-Forth Worth Area (Hybrid) – $75-95,000 USD

This ambitiously growing healthcare client are seeking to add a Financial Analyst to their Finance team, as they continue to expand. They target to more than double the number of locations they have within the US in the next 3 years.

As the Finance Analyst, you should possess strong communication skills as you partner with the Operations team. This company are in the late stages of their Vena CPM implementation, so prior experience with any financial/FP&A software (Prophix, Adaptive Insights, Planful, any other EPM tool) would be a huge plus!

This role is based flexibly out of their Forth Worth, TX office so you must be willing to commute.

Responsibilities

• Produce monthly reports, which include key metrics, financial results, and variance reporting
• Analyzes billing and accounts receivable reports. Identifies trends, categories of aged receivables and provides feedback to leadership to improve results
• Develop models that help with decision-making
• Prepares and distributes monthly reimbursement/revenue cycle reports for departments. Downloads appropriate data from system and compiles information in a user-friendly understandable manner
• Meets regularly with leadership to address reimbursement and data needs and recommends target areas for reimbursement improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in finance, accounting, or equivalent
• 4+ years experience in financial analytics
• Knowledge of revenue cycle principles and practices, the ability to systematically interpret functional requirements into applications design preferred
• Experience reporting to leadership and make suggestions on how to improve performance
• Attention to accuracy and detail
• Possess strong analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills
• Strong working knowledge of Excel and financial modelling
• MySQL knowledge
• Experience with NetSuite or Vena would be a huge plus
• Experience with healthcare and/or terminology preferred.
