FP&A Manager – $100-175K – Dallas, Texas (Hybrid)
Our client, recognized as a leader in real estate development and construction, is on the search for an FP&A Manager to join their team. As the FP&A Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping the financial strategy and direction of the organization. Leveraging your extensive experience in FP&A and Workday Adaptive Planning, you will provide strategic insights, drive financial performance, and ensure compliance with financial regulations. Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize advanced financial modeling skills to analyze complex financial data and trends.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models, including income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow statement modeling.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations based on financial analysis to support decision-making.
- Lead financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis processes.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics to drive business performance.
- Provide GAAP-based expertise in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
- Collaborate with leadership to make informed financial decisions and drive business growth.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in Finance
- Strong Workday Adaptive Planning experience (implementation experience a plus!)
- Strong knowledge of GAAP reporting, financial regulations, and industry standards.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Experience with Public Companies
