Financial Reporting Analyst | $85,000-125,000 + 10% bonus | New York, New York

Our client is an award-winning investment firm with a portfolio highlighting assets in Real Estate and Private Equity. They are looking for a Financial Reporting Analyst to support the firm’s OneStream consolidations systems and accounting applications. The role will have you working very hands-on with the OneStream tool. Collaborating closely with the Accounting and Finance Systems teams, you will be providing technical support for associates and users of the application. You will be put in a fast-paced environment, implementing new functionality for the OneStream application, and assuring efficiency in consolidations, financial reporting, and monthly close.

Responsibilities

• Assist OneStream user base on resolving technical/functional issues
• Make necessary system enhancements/changes to OneStream application based on user/client needs
• Support monthly close, financial reporting, consolidations, etc.
• Provide training for new/existing users
• Evaluate/analyze OneStream data to ensure the system efficiency and accuracy of information

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or similar field required
• Experience with OneStream, Hyperion HFM, or similar tools as User or Admin
• 2-5 years of relevant experience in Accounting/Finance/Consolidations/Finance Systems required; background in IT a plus
• Strong knowledge of consolidations, financial reporting, forecasting, application/system maintenance preferred.
