Associate Manager (Workday Financials) – Remote – $100,000 – $120,000

Our client is a leading player in the insurance industry. They are seeking a talented Workday Financials Systems Associate Manager to join the team, build and design new functionality in Workday Financials and support the Workday team.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Accounting and at least 3 years’ experience managing the Workday Financials tool. You will have the opportunity to take ownership of the Workday Financials tool, collaborating with various teams to enhance its functionality and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain Financial Data Model setup (incl. custom validation maintenance, maintaining GL fiscal periods)
• Manage integrations between Workday & Adaptive
• Maintain and update Workday security roles for cost centers
• Evaluate and recommend new system enhancements
• Provide systems training to the wider team
• Represent the Finance and Accounting department with IT
• Drive continuous improvement of the Workday tool

Key Requirements:

• 3-5+ years’ experience with Workday Financials (understanding concepts and processes including security, FDM)
• Background in Accounting
• Experience managing Workday Integrations
