As Head of Sales for the DACH region, you will lead and execute all the operational and strategic aspects to d grow the market and ultimately position as a leader in the DACH region.

WHAT WE NEED YOUR HELP WITH
- Selling our product and developing the region from scratch, initially in a stand alone role.
- Crafting and executing a strategy and goal setting for the DACH region, you will be executing Performance monitoring, evaluating performance and initiating corrective adjustments
- Meeting and exceeding sales goals (quotas).
- This requires daily groundwork on prospecting, lead management, qualification, product demonstrations, evaluation, closing and account management.
- Drive revenue and impact our company’s growth by closing transactions with clients.
- Closely collaborating with the Marketing & Business Development team to build the brand and generate a strong pipeline.
- Presenting solutions to c-suite and founders.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
- 3+ years of experience as a Key Account Manager (quota carrying, deal-closing experience)
- Excellent/Native German and excellent English verbal & written skills
- Demonstrable experience in selling a SaaS product successfully.
- Solid understanding of Prop Tech.
- Demonstrable experience selling software tech.
- Strong experience with new-market creation and category dominance.
