As they continue to grow, they are seeking a talented Senior Financial Analyst with Adaptive Insights skills to join their dynamic team.

The Job:

• Conduct financial forecasting, budgeting, and planning activities to support strategic decision-making processes.

• Help administrator and maintain Adaptive Insights EPM tool

• Analyze and interpret financial data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for cost optimization and revenue enhancement.

• Prepare comprehensive financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, to present to senior management and key stakeholders.

• Develop and maintain financial models to assess business performance, project future outcomes, and evaluate investment opportunities.

• Collaborate with department heads to analyze and control expenses, identify cost-saving initiatives, and drive profitability.

• Perform variance analysis to identify deviations from budgeted and forecasted figures, providing actionable insights to improve financial performance.

• Support the preparation of financial presentations, board materials, and investor communications.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory changes impacting the software and cyber security sector.

Key Requirements:

• Previous experience using Adaptive Insights/Workday Adaptive Planning

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

• Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools, such as Excel, PowerPoint, and financial management systems.

• Solid understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.

• Strong business acumen and the ability to partner with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.

• Strong ethics, integrity, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
