Senior Financial Analyst – Fully remote

Our client is a global leader in cybersecurity, offering comprehensive solutions in managed security, identity and access management, and professional services. We’re seeking a talented Senior Financial Analyst (SFA) to join the expanding Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team and be part of a rapidly growing company within an ever-expanding industry. As an SFA, you will serve as a vital link between Finance and various departments across the organization, helping to decipher “the story behind the numbers.” Reporting directly to the Director FP&A, this role offers broad exposure to multiple aspects of the business and involvement in special projects, all within a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

The Job:

  • Act as a Business Partner, facilitating communication between Finance and various organizational departments to elucidate the narrative within financial data.
  • Prepare substantive materials, reports, and ad-hoc analyses for presentation to senior management.
  • Lead meetings to convey financial information in a comprehensible manner to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Generate ad-hoc analyses to address management inquiries and concerns.
  • Collaborate in the development of annual budgets and periodic forecasts.
  • Produce and circulate standard periodic internal reports throughout the organization.
  • Assist in the execution of specialized projects within the Finance domain.
  • Identify opportunities within finance to enhance efficiency, refine reporting, and implement automation/best practices.

Key Requirements:

  • Self-starter with the capacity to deliver high-quality work independently.
  • Profound financial acumen, with the ability to communicate and present effectively to non-financial stakeholders.
  • 2-5 years of progressive experience in accounting/financial planning and analysis.
  • Strong familiarity with systems, and prior experience in system implementation/conversion is an advantage.
  • Experience with Adaptive and/or Netsuite
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to challenge the status quo.
  • Quick adaptation to shifting priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
