As the Lead for Power Platform, you will guide the technical development of the platform. As the Technical Lead, you will be tasked with a highly skilled senior role with industry leading technical expertise to support the growth of the department along with their customers.

Responsibilities:

• You will Lead Power Platform technical architecture of all apps and services
• You will lead projects on the Microsoft Power Platform, i.e. you develop applications using Power Apps and automate processes with flows in Power Automate
• Builds a trusted advisor relationship with all stakeholders.
• Representing the Microsoft Power Products projects within our company to ensure the technology is understood and made available to.
• Consult with customers & Stakeholders technical expertise to guide and advise.
• Manage the technical roadmap items as Microsoft delivers them, engage Microsoft Product teams to advocate for features that benefit customers.
• Engage with product leadership and business stakeholders to ensure the product is understood.

Skills:

• Expert knowledge with a strong focus on Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
• History of working credibly with senior stakeholders in a Mid/Market & Enterprise setting.
• Confident discussing technical subjects to non-technical audience.
• Ability to understand functional and non-functional requirements and ensure the solutions address them.
• Fluent German.
